It offers detailed recommendations for the design of a state-funded program that would combine incentives, technical assistance, outreach, and research on climate and agriculture issues. It is intended to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide an overview of the ways agriculture can play a constructive role in achieving the state\u2019s Assembly Bill 32 (AB 32) goals and meeting related policy objectives found in Senate Bill 545 (SB 535) and AB 1532.<\/li>\n<li>Inform the implementation of a California-wide agricultural program to catalyze farm and ranch practices that mitigate climate change in diverse ways and provide co-benefits to our economy, environment and public health<\/li>\n<li>Highlight \u2018shovel-ready\u2019 climate solutions already being practices by some of California\u2019s most innovative farmers and ranchers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En <em>Blueprint<\/em> was developed over many months through a process whose methodology is described in the report.
