El programa seguir\u00e1 ofreciendo una reserva de fondos para las comunidades tribales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mejora el acceso de las organizaciones con escasos recursos y de los agricultores marginados a programas alimentarios locales probados, eficaces y de gran impacto, eliminando los requisitos de contrapartida para las subvenciones a los mercados de agricultores y a la promoci\u00f3n de los alimentos locales, as\u00ed como para las subvenciones a los productores con valor a\u00f1adido.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mejora el acceso a los alimentos locales utilizando los beneficios del SNAP, a trav\u00e9s de inversiones en los Programas de Incentivos Nutricionales Gus Schumacher y el Programa de Nutrici\u00f3n de Mercados de Agricultores Mayores, as\u00ed como simplificando las solicitudes de proveedores para agricultores y mercados de agricultores.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se basa en el popular Programa de Garant\u00eda de la Cadena de Suministro Alimentario y lo ampl\u00eda para incluir tambi\u00e9n subvenciones a la formaci\u00f3n esencial de los empleados y a la formaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n en seguridad alimentaria.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ofrece un apoyo muy necesario a la agricultura urbana y a los productores innovadores a trav\u00e9s de financiaci\u00f3n obligatoria y la capacidad de ampliar y responder a la demanda del programa a trav\u00e9s de una mayor financiaci\u00f3n discrecional.
