First, watch Chris Tebbutt of Filigreen Farm tell us about the aquatic fern that cooled a hot planet once before, and how it takes the place of a herd of forty cattle on his North Coast farm.

Then, learn from Jacob Katz of California Trout as he presents the stunning results of his work to revitalize waterways and habitat for native California fish amidst the Central Valley agricultural landscape.

Next up, Kelly Mulville of Paicines Ranch asks, “Can We Drink Ourselves Out of This Mess?”, explaining his experiments to create a new form of viticulture using holistic management practices and sheep:

We’ll be posting more Lightning Talks in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!
